The first symbol is the Power symbol or Cho Ku Rei. It focuses the energy in a certain area. Many practitioners use it at the beginning of a Reiki treatment, drawing it in the palms, in front of them, on the receiver or/and in the middle of the room.

You can use it to seal the area around your patient.

Use it in a painful area on both sides to reduce the pain.

It can be used to purify the rooms. In order to do so, draw the power symbol on each wall of the room, the ceiling and the floor or/and in every corner of the room. Draw it on the objects around you, with the intention that they will be cleaned. Send Reiki to the objects and empower them with Reiki.

Use it for protection, by drawing it on a piece of paper and put the paper under the object you want to be filled with Reiki.

Draw it on the food, water, crystals and use your imagination by experimenting.

Draw it on the apartment’s door and it will protect you from thieves.

Draw it on plants, animals and people to receive the universal energy better.

Use it to seal a treatment, an attunement, energies, thoughts.

Use it in every way you feel like it.
